Dan Yang

Based in Montreal, Dan Yang is a multidisciplinary artist who explores the intersection of digital and sculptural forms. By investigating hyper-saturated terrains of the internet and technology, her practice bridges the virtual and physical worlds, creating pieces that exist as artifacts of a cybernetic uncanniness—a world where human and machine, organism and non-organism, memory and algorithm, blur indistinctly.

Her work has gained both local and international visibility, with exhibitions in Montreal, New York City and Berlin. Her recent research reinvestigates posthuman gestures in an age when AI technology and machine perfection grow to challenge human power structures.
